Refund & Return Policy – Redo Gems

At Redo Gems, we take pride in offering 100% natural Afghan gemstones, carefully processed and handcrafted in Afghanistan. Your satisfaction and trust are extremely important to us.

7-Day Inspection Period

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to inspect their item and request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry

  • Wholesale bulk orders (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue immediately.
